Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive (Junior Level) to join our corporate gifting division. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, building strong relationships, and supporting sales growth through effective pitching and execution. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, networking, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and visiting corporate clients.
Build and maintain relationships with HR, Admin, and Procurement teams of corporate clients.
Pitch corporate gifting solutions, product catalogs, and customized options to potential clients.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain client databases, track leads, and update CRM or sales reports.
Participate in exhibitions, corporate events, and client meetings to promote products and services.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (experience in corporate gifting, FMCG, or lifestyle products preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
